Hand made Tumble Home furniture comes in all shapes and sizes. That’s because sometimes people want a useful piece of furniture that’s designed to fit a specific space, like under the stairs maybe or in an alcove, but other times one of our simple, beautifully made dressers, sink and basin units, cabinets, cupboards, chests or toy boxes might be exactly what you are looking for.

Plain or panelled, arched or flat, kitchen sink units, dressers and pot cupboards, bathroom towel cabinets, bedside tables, toy chests, tall and thin, short and fat, painted or plain wood, with cut outs or appliquéd wooden boats and hearts and stars …the point is that whatever you want and whatever colour you want it in, we can do it and we’ve got lots of stock of our favourites just longing to go to new homes.

We love making mirrors and we work with cherry, oak, walnut, beech, new pine and reclaimed pine. Sizes range from small to positively enormous, plain and simple to dramatic and gothic. Finishes include oil, wax, paint and lacquer or perhaps just as it started out. Edges can be left organic or planed, corners mitred or square jointed, square edged or curved and we can add hooks, pegs, shelves, chalk boards, pin boards and mosaics. All Tumble Home mirrors are hand made and unique so you’ll never find another exactly the same and that’s the way we like it.
